The Austin Incubator Kitchen is a commercially licensed shared kitchen space dedicated to helping food industry entrepreneurs build and grow successful businesses. We provide professional development and training to individuals interested in entering the formal food industry. Participants receive free ServSafe training and certification exams as well as financial assistance with city licensing. Professional Kitchen space is $25/hr. with options for cold and dry storage. In order to rent kitchen space, chefs must possess a City of Chicago Shared Kitchen User's License and Liability Insurance. In addition, we offer food demonstrations, seminars and classes to youth, adults, and seniors on the topics of health and nutrition.
